Introductory course

Everyday work. 3 hours online, up to 8 people. Or a private session for up to 3 people at S$600.

- Writing clear instructions (prompts) that get useful answers
- Emails and messages: draft replies, follow-ups and quotations in your tone
- Documents and meetings: summarise contracts, reports and notes

Advanced course

Workflows, skills and connectors. 2 sessions of 3 hours, up to 6 people. Or a private session for up to 3 people at S$1,000.

Expert 1 course

Shared knowledge, loops and reviews. 2 sessions of 3 hours, up to 6 people.
- Building a shared team knowledge base the AI works from (your policies, product facts and past answers in one place)
- Setting up loops: tasks that run on a schedule by themselves, such as a weekly summary of new enquiries
- Review steps where a person checks AI output before it goes out to customers
- Handing these setups to your team so they keep working after the course
Good for: teams ready to make AI part of how work runs every week, not just a one-off chat.
Expert 2 course
S$850 per person
Multiple AI harnesses and advanced connectors for end-to-end automation. 2 sessions of 3 hours, up to 6 people.
- Using several AI assistants or agents together, each handling part of a job and working as a team (for example, one reads new enquiries, another drafts a reply, and a third logs the outcome)
- Advanced connector setup so AI can move work across your apps from start to finish
- End-to-end automation examples: an enquiry arrives, gets logged, a reply is drafted, and a person approves it before it sends
- Handing these multi-assistant setups to your team so they keep running after the course
Good for: teams that finished Expert 1 and want whole processes to run with little manual work.
Expert 3 course

Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can write an email and use WhatsApp, you can learn this. We start from where you are.
Which AI apps do you teach?
Mostly the common chat assistants, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. We help you pick what fits your work and budget, including free options.
Is it safe to put my business information into AI?
It depends on the app and its settings. We show you what to avoid sharing and which settings keep your data more private.
What is the difference between the course levels?
Introductory covers everyday work such as emails, documents, customer replies and spreadsheets. Advanced teaches workflows, reusable skills and connectors so AI can read and act on data in the apps you already use. Expert 1 covers a shared team knowledge base, loops (tasks that run on a schedule by themselves) and review steps before anything goes out to customers. Expert 2 covers using several AI assistants together and advanced connectors for end-to-end automation. Expert 3 covers token optimisation, running local AI models on your own computers or servers, and enterprise setup; it is quoted separately. You can take the first four levels one at a time, or take all four for S$1,900 per person.
How is the S$150 call paid?
We confirm your time first, then send an invoice from Close7. Payment is due before the call.
